1. Summary- summarize the issue briefly.
2. Symptom- Describe the issue and the steps that lead you to the issue.
   • What tool were you using in FOREground?
   • What Revit version were you using?
3. Attachment- please send the following:
   • Revit file
     • this can be your entire Revit file, or
     • Revit file with elements that can reproduce the issue (specific set of floor(s) or other elements) copied into an empty Revit file.
   • Image of the Error dialog (expanded out)
     • Additional images of the model are also helpful to see what you were doing and where.
4. Email confirmation to- enter your email
