Choose Type- select from two types:
- Area / Cluster
- Linear / String
Select Plants to Associate- select plants to form the grouping.
- Area- click or drag a select box to chose plants
- Linear- click to select plants in order
Annotations- add annotations in the in current view.

Note: for more annotation settings, go to Plant Annotation Settings.
- Tag- tag the group.
- Connector Lines- this option is only available for the Linear type. There are two types of connector lines:
  1. Lines- straight lines.
  2. Arcs- arcs. See Plant Annotation Settings for arc amplitude.
  - Flip- this will flip the arcs.
