Summary

Move points within a specified area of a toposurface.

Description

1. Pick Topo- select a toposurface to modify.
2. Select model lines to define the area- only the points within this area (projected onto the toposurface) will be modified.
3. Amount to move points- this is a vector (X, Y, and Z values) that will be applied to all the points.
