Description
Coordinate Base Point- select which point is the basis for Northing and Easting data.
Note: if you change the Coordinate Base Point, the Northing and Easting will be updated on the first run of Update Datums.
Renumber (on update)- this does two things, when clicking Update Datums
- Eliminates duplicates- if there are any datums with the same name, these will be eliminated by renumbering the second and subsequent datums (such as two A-4s).
- Eliminates gaps- if there are any gaps in the sequence, these will be eliminated by renumbering subsequent datums (such as if there is A-4 and A-6, but no A-5).
Datum Tag Settings:
- Select Tag Type- select the type of tag to use (for Place Datums and Tag Datum)
- X Offset- amount that the tag will offset right or left (negative value) from datum.
- Y Offset- amount that the tag will offset up or down (negative value) from datum.
